Akashic Records

The Akashic records (Akasha is a Sanskrit word meaning “sky”, “space” or “aether”) are collectively understood to be a collection of mystical knowledge that is encoded in the aether.
Nostradamus claimed to have gained access to the Akasha, using methods derived from the Greek oracles, Christian and Sufi mysticism, and the Kabbalah.
What are the Akashic Records?
To put it simply, the Akashic records are a library of vibrational energy. This energy contains information from the past, present, and future, contains information about our souls and the records give answers about what we are doing here. Its believed that every thought, action, and event in your life is recorded in a Universal library knowing as the Akashic Records. The Akashic records are available to anyone at any time, but that doesn’t mean you can access all the information.
Curiosity is not enough and one should not undertake such an action lightly. Opening the doors of the hall can bring forth information you might rather have not found out about; how you died horribly in a past life, or more likely reveal reasons for the difficulties you are having in this life.
The Rules
Though it’s not a game, accessing the Akashic Records does come with a set of rules. There are also rules about what kind of questions you can ask. For example, “should I”, “when” and yes/no questions are not allowed. It is, however, important to always remember how free will plays a part, moment by moment and can change everything. The proper formatting for your questions should begin with one of the following words: why, how, what, where, who or which.
How to gain access to Akashic records
Anyone can access their Akasha at any time but it is important to understand these four principles before you begin:
- To access your records you must allow your body to move into a deep, relaxed and meditative state. Accessing your records requires you to be extremely present and aware so you can not only take in the information but also remember it.
- You must believe in what you are doing. If you are skeptical about your abilities or about the existence of your blueprint, you may have trouble reaching your record. You must keep an open mind through your practice and understand that it may take time before you can fully receive your records.
- Focus on viewing your own record in a non-judgmental way. Be prepared that you may see some information that is uncomfortable or that is resisted by your ego. Also, understand that you may be blocked off from seeing certain information in your record. Know that whatever information is released to you is done so for your greater good and higher purpose.
Meditation to access the Akashic records
Perform a simple meditation and do the following –
Visualize the enormous hall where the Akashic records are kept. People report differing views of the hall but common views are of large ancient pillars at the entrance, often decorated with a lot of gold and thousands and thousands of rows of books on the shelves inside.
As you walk through this vast hall, aim to focus on small details and try to appreciate your surroundings with every one of your senses. This helps to deepen your meditative state.
Now start to concentrate on your name. Focus all of your attention on your book and you will be drawn towards it.
Alternatively, at this stage, you can ask for an Akashic Spirit Guide to help you with this. This book records all of the knowledge and all of the events of your past and future lives.
If your aim is to find out what lies ahead for you, simply turn the pages of your book until you see a date in the future.
Allow your meditative state to take you through the events that will occur on that date.
Repeat this meditation often for the best results. As you practice and improve your techniques, you should be able to look farther ahead into the future.
When you learning to have access to the Records, leave the ego mind outside. Just leave it out the door!
