The full moon is a time of positive opportunity if you use it correctly. It can increase your positive energy or conversely, it can wreak havoc on your emotions.
Since the full moon pours down a tremendous amount of energy, you must be in a calm state of mind to receive a positive effect. Remember that whatever is going on in your body, mind, and spirit will be amplified.
Here is a meditation that you can practice during the full moon. Personally, I have tried it and I have seen excellent results. Try it and I would be glad to hear your feedback!
This mantra and mudra is the key to opening the flow of the Kundalini.
Body’s position: Sit in the easy position with your spine straight.
Mantra: SAA RAY SAA SAA, SAA RAY SAA SAA, SAA RAY SAA SAA, SAA RUNG HAR RAY HAR HAR, HAR RAY HAR HAR, HAR RAY HAR HAR, HAR RUNG.
Place the palms in the prayer mundra, at the height of the bosom. As the mantra begins with SA RE SA SA bring the palms up, in front of the center of the trunk and 10-15 cm from the body. As the hands pass in front of the center of the heart, begin slowly to open the mundra, creating an open lotus until they reach the height of the third eye. The open lotus has joined the bottom of the palms, as well as the tips of the small fingers and thumbs. The remaining fingers are open.
As HAR RE HAR HAR begins, turn your fingers downward, with your hands touching the outer side, creating a reversed prayer mundra. Slowly, lower them in front of each chakra, with the rhythm of mantra, until your fingertips reach the height of the bosom, the sound of HA RANG. You point them up again and start over again.
Duration: 11 to 31 minutes. The new awareness will give you the power to make the right choice to overcome the ugliness of life. You will be calm and safe.
