    Thank you for posting these couple articles on meditation. Your words directly inspired me to undertake meditation daily for the past year. I usually do 10-15 minutes per night. I started Sept. 2019.

    I feel more focused, more clear-minded, more energized (Indeed making it harder to sleep as I find I don’t need as much), and less self-centered (Less petty – Global anxieties cannot touch me anymore).

    I find that giving up the practice is now harder than getting into it.
